International office relocation from the UK to Europe
We relocate offices, studios and small business premises from the UK to France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland, planned around your trading hours so the business keeps running while the move happens.
What makes an international office move different
A house move can wait a weekend if it runs late. An office move cannot, because every hour offline is an hour the business is not trading. The move has to be planned around your calendar, not the removal company’s, which usually means evenings, weekends or a bank holiday rather than a Tuesday afternoon.
The second difference is customs. Office equipment does not qualify for the Transfer of Residence relief that covers a household move. Relocating business assets is a commercial import: it needs a commercial invoice, an accurate itemised inventory, and an EORI number for both the sending and receiving business. We prepare that paperwork as part of the move rather than leaving it for your accountant to discover afterwards.
How an office move to Europe works
After a quick survey — in person or over video — you get a fixed, itemised quote. Then it runs like this.
Survey and plan
We walk both sites, agree the cut-off with your IT provider, and set a moving window that avoids your trading hours.
Paperwork prepared
Commercial invoice, itemised inventory and EORI details are ready before the date, not assembled at the border.
Pack, load and cross
Our crew packs and loads out of hours, then Eurotunnel or ferry depending on the destination, with the route and driver rest planned in.
Reinstate and reconnect
Desks, partitions and storage go back together at the new site, timed to your IT provider’s reconnection window so you can trade the next working day.

Every quote is built around your home, not a price list.
There is no honest flat rate, because two offices of the same size in different buildings are different jobs. Five things set the figure.
- Volume — of furniture, files and equipment, measured at survey.
- Access at both sites — including loading bay, lift, stairs and any parking suspension needed.
- Timing — since an evening, weekend or bank-holiday move buys more trading time but costs more crew hours.
- Packing — from a full pack of files and IT to a self-pack with materials supplied.
- Dedicated vehicle or shared part-load — which suits a smaller office.
