Due to the lack of knowledge regarding the quality of packaging, materials used for cushioning, and the initial condition of goods before packing, it is challenging to ascertain these factors. However, if we are held liable for any damage to owner-packed goods, our responsibility is limited to £40 per item.
To address potential damages comprehensively, we provide insurance packages that cover various scenarios. For a supplementary fee, opting for fully covered removals through these insurance packages is the most comprehensive option.
